My Alder&Co Internship was the biggest learning experience and one of the most humbling moments in my life. I was offered a position at the online marketing firm during my Pellessppi Internship program, where I was thrown into the world of print and online marketing. I learned more about graphic design, social media management, printing techniques, analytics, branding, and dipping into how people respond to design. I quickly picked up on how much work it actually takes to put out high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The help of the Lead Designer, Project Manager, Social Media Specialist, and Ceo lead me in a direction to grow within this field. Above is just a bit of the work I made for Alder&Co, which followed their brand guidelines. Overall my experience at Alder&Co was something I’ll never forget and will always have a special place in my heart
